Kroll’s Risk & Compliance business provides technology-enabled platforms, information and insight to help legal and compliance officers develop and manage comprehensive compliance programs. Kroll’s Risk & Compliance business is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to support various IT needs for our Risk & Compliance Business. Their primary role is to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of help desk technical support as well as provide break/fix setup support on various hardware devices. They will troubleshoot computer equipment, and diagnose and repair technical issues.

* Provide break/fix setup support on laptops and desktops (primarily Dell), printers (Xerox) and smartphones (Android, iPhone, and Blackberry)
* Provide technical support for the following systems: Windows Operating Systems (Windows 7, Windows XP) and Microsoft Office (2007,2010)
* Utilize IT ticketing system in order to process requests as efficiently as possible
* Provide remote support via phone/Microsoft Office Communicator to multiple off-site locations
* Imaging of desktops and laptops
* Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment
* Demonstrate commitment to our business objectives, mission, values, and policies in fulfilling the role

* High School Diploma required
* Associate’s Degree preferred
* At least 1-2 years of desktop experience
* Knowledgeable in Help Desk technical support
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Proven customer service skills
* Ability to be proactive and take initiative
* Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team-player
* Professional approach and a strong work ethic

Additional Information:
* Ability to work a full time schedule with the understanding that additional hours and weekend work would be a requirement
* Ability to travel to our Washington D.C. office for on-site support, when needed.
