Education, Certification & Licenses:

* This position requires knowledge of Sales Force Automation or
Customer Relationship Management Software, business administration and
project management acquired through formal education or 2 - 3 years on-
the-job application. Equivalent to a Bachelor#s degree in business,
communication or related field.

Experience:

* Minimum 7 years of experience with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) or
Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool in a medium to large corporate
environment
* Experience working with a large sales organization with many sales
channels
* Project management skills preferred
* Experience managing and implementing sales reporting systems a plus

Computer Skills:

* Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Microsoft Project
* OfficeMax computer systems a plus

Additional Information:

* Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both
technical and non-technical individuals
* Ability to work cross functionally with all levels including senior
management
* Organizational and project management skills
* Ability to interpret data or analytics and translate into simple

Position Summary:

The Senior Manager, Sales Force Automation (SFA) is responsible for
leading the development, deployment, analysis, insight, and management
of OfficeMax SFA processes and systems related to the contract (B2B)
organization. This position is responsible for strategy development,
implementation, analytics, reporting, support and overall management to
help meet and exceed the contract organizations business productivity
objectives.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

1. Facilitate the development and deployment of SFA strategies that
enable & enhance the sales process.
2. Provide day-to-day direction, structure, process and standards for
the SFA program.
3. Work closely with sales leadership to define, track, and improve
productivity measures.
4. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to
meet changing needs and requirements.
5. Analyze & track productivity data, identify trends and patterns and
organize those observations into insights and recommendations to the
sales leadership.
6. Maintain the functional processes related to funnel stages,
activities, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports.
7. Create, design, test and publish new and/or enhanced sales reports
and dashboards.
8. Create business requirements and develop the business case for SFA
system enhancements.
9. Collaborate with the training team to design and implement SFA
training
10. Engage with associates at all levels of the OfficeMax contract
organization to support organizational initiatives, strategies and
goals.
