Education, Certification & Licenses:

well as an understanding of the business environment acquired through
formal education or 2 # 3 years on-the-job application. Equivalent to
Bachelor#s degree in business, communications, or related field.

Experience:

* Minimum 10 years experience leading the development and execution of
strategic practices

Position Summary:

The Senior Director, Sales Process and Strategy is responsible for
leading all activities related to execution of strategic initiatives for
the contract organization, including identifying and developing sales
processes and strategies for the contract organization (i.e. contact
centers, sales) under the direction of executive management. This
position will create sales strategies and processes to support the
overall contract sales organization#s business objectives and will have
ultimate authorship of all related business processes needed to achieve
the contract organization business objectives.

Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

1. Lead all activities relating to the execution of contract strategic
initiatives, including identifying and implementing best practices for
sales, develop, and drive training and leverage across the sales
organization (i.e. lead generation, strategic pursuit plans).
2. Develop world class sales support practices to ensure functional
support needs are effectively met.
3. Develop insights from tools utilized by the Contract sales
organization to drive and leverage productivity improvements and
enablers # SFA #Max360#, Account Management Tool, Compensation Tool
#MaxTracs#.
4. Establish and refine lead generation and tracking strategies for the
sales organizations inclusive of supporting Sales Force Automation (SFA)
technology.
5. Define a lead generation and tracking strategy for the sales
organizations inclusive of supporting SFA technology.
6. Lead sales effectiveness team to support strategic sales
initiatives, sales communication portal, and program roll outs. Identify
and coordinate the development of collateral needs and provide routinely
updated sales resources that mirror the contract sales strategy and
marketing messaging.
7. Drive the effectiveness of the Sales Edge and EBrief sales
communication tools to support growth and productivity objectives and
consistent execution of sales processes.
8. Act as a liaison on behalf of the Contract field and inside sales
organizations to drive the support required from all G&A resources and
to execute against the growth and profitability initiatives.
9. Collaborate with corporate communications function in the
development of overall sales communication strategies associated with
the sales organization.
10. Collaborate with corporate training function in the development of
overall training strategies associated with the sales organization.
